Ingredients (8)
  • 1 extra ripe DOLE® Banana(s), peeled
  • 1 quartered DOLE Pear, seeds and stem removed
  • 1 cup frozen DOLE® Blueberries, partially thawed
  • 1/2 cup lowfat plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 to 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. Cut banana and pear in thirds.
  2. Combine banana, pear, blueberries, yogurt, milk, ice, honey and cinnamon in blender container. Cover, process until smooth.
