Chunky Island Spread
A delicious spread with island flavor.
Calories per serving
- 1/2 pkg. (4 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt or light sour cream
- 1 can (8 oz.) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, well drained
- 1/4 cup mango chutney
- low fat or fat free crackers
- Beat cream cheese, yogurt, crushed pineapple and chutney in bowl until blended. Cover; chill 1 hour or overnight. Serve with crackers. Refrigerate any leftover.
*If there are large pieces of fruit in chutney, cut into small pieces.
