2 cups DOLE® Frozen Fruit N’ Spice Chili Lime Seasoned Mango Chunks, partially thawed
½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
½ avocado, peeled and diced
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
2 teaspoons cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoons jalapeno chili, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lime juice
Salt, to taste
Combine mango chunks, bell pepper, avocado, green onion, cilantro, chili, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt to taste. Serve salsa at room temperature or slightly chilled.
*TIP: Salsa can be served as a dip with tortilla chips, or spooned over quesadillas or tacos.
