Appetizer Chili Lime Mango Salsa Chili Lime Mango Salsa thumbnail Preparation Time: 15 minutes Total time: 15 minutes 8 Servings Ingredients: 2 cups frozen DOLE® Fruit n’ Spice Chili Lime Seasoned Mango Chunks, partially thawed, 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper, 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced, 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped, 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, chopped, 2 teaspoons jalapeno chili, finely chopped, 2 teaspoons lime juice, salt, to taste, Instructions:
Combine mango chunks, bell pepper, avocado, green onion, cilantro, chili, and lime juice in a bowl.  Season with salt to taste.  Serve salsa at room temperature or slightly chilled.  

*TIP: Salsa can be served as a dip with tortilla chips, or spooned over quesadillas or tacos.
