3 cups frozen DOLE® Cherry Berry Blend, partially thawed,
1/2 cup water,
2 tbsp. sugar,
1 tbsp. lemon juice,
1-1/2 tsp. cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp. cold water,
Step 1: Combine berries, water and sugar in saucepan, toss to combine. Add lemon juice and cornstarch mixture.
Step 2: Heat over medium heat, stirring, until mixture comes to a boil and juice thickens. Reduce heat to a simmer; cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold over angel food cake, pound cake or ice cream.
