Quick and savory sweet and sour chicken
1 tablespoon sesame oil6 individual TYSON Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, cubed1 large green bell pepper, diced3 tablespoons KIKKOMAN Hoisin Sauce2 tablespoons KIKKOMAN® Soy Sauce1 tablespoon packed brown sugar1/4 teaspoon garlic salt1/4 teaspoon ground ginger1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half1/2 cup (optional) cashews, toasted and chopped
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; add oil and brown chicken for 5 minutes. Add bell pepper; cook for an additional 3 minutes. Stir in pineapple juice, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic salt and ginger and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add pineapple, cherry tomatoes and cornstarch mixture, cook until sauce thickens. Serve over rice and top with cashews.
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
Prepare rice according to package directions; set aside
1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Pineapple Chunks 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Mix 1/4 cup juice with cornstarch; set aside.
