- 1 can (15.25 oz) DOLE® Tropical Fruit
- 1 cup DOLE® mango or papaya nectar
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1 DOLE Banana(s), peeled and sliced
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp honey
- 10 (3 oz) ice pop molds or plastic cups
- Combine tropical fruit, nectar, coconut milk, banana, cream cheese and honey in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour mixture equally into 10 plastic cups. Place on tray and freeze about 1 hour or until partially set.
- Insert 1 wooden stick into center of each cup; freeze 2 hours longer or until firm.
