Ingredients (5)
  • 3/4 cup DOLE® Pitted Dates, halved
  • 1 medium, ripe DOLE Banana, quartered
  • 1 cup frozen lowfat yogurt
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
  1. Combine dates and banana in blender or food processor . Cover; blend until dates are finely chopped.
  2. Add yogurt, milk and ice cubes; blend until thick and smooth.  Serve immediately.  Garnish with banana slices, if desired.
