California Date Shake
Delicious Shake perfect for any time of day.
Calories per serving
- 3/4 cup DOLE® Pitted Dates, halved
- 1 medium, ripe DOLE Banana, quartered
- 1 cup frozen lowfat yogurt
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Combine dates and banana in blender or food processor . Cover; blend until dates are finely chopped.
- Add yogurt, milk and ice cubes; blend until thick and smooth. Serve immediately. Garnish with banana slices, if desired.
