1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained,
1 can (11 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained,
1/4 cup peanuts,
1/4 cup lemon yogurt,
1/4 Cup shredded coconut,
2 tablespoons chopped chutney,
1/2 teaspoon curry powder,
1 pkg. (5 oz.) DOLE Spring Mix,
Step 1: Combine pineapple, mandarin oranges and peanuts, in medium bowl.
Step 2: Blend together yogurt, coconut, chutney and curry powder. Pour over fruit and gently mix.
Step 3: Spoon onto salad plates lined with salad greens.
