1 can (8 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple
Drain pineapple, reserve 1 teaspoon juice.
1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened1 tablespoon sugar (optional)reserved pineapple juice1-1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat cream cheese, pineapple, reserved juice, sugar, lemon peel and vanilla until blended.
5 bagels, split, toasted
Spread 2 tablespoons mixture on each bagel half.
