Ingredients (6)
  • 1 can (8 oz.) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 to 6 bagels, split, toasted
  1. Drain pineapple, reserve 1 teaspoon juice.
  2. Beat cream cheese, pineapple, reserved juice, sugar, lemon peel and vanilla until blended.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons mixture on each bagel half.
