  • 1 cup frozen DOLE® Blueberries
  • 1 ounce dry gin
  • 1 ounce limoncello liqueur
  • 4 ounces brut champagne
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • lemon wedge(s) for garnish
  1. Place blueberries into glass, using less for a champagne flute.  Add gin, limoncello, and lemon juice and gently mix or swirl. Holding glass at slight angle, slowly pour in brut, stopping just short of the top of the glass.
