Blueberry Power Smoothie
This delicious blueberry smoothie gets a boost of omega-3's from flaxseed and walnuts.
Calories per serving
- 1-1/2 cups frozen DOLE® Blueberries
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon whole flaxseeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Combine blueberries, milk, maple syrup, walnuts, flaxseed and cinnamon in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
