2 tsp cornstarch1 tbsp cold water
Mix 2 teaspoons of cornstarch with water.
4 cups DOLE Blueberries1 tbsp sugar1 tbsp lemon juice
Combine blueberries and sugar in saucepan, toss to combine. Add lemon juice and cornstarch mixture.
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Heat berries over medium heat, stirring, until mixture comes to a boil and juice thickens. Add cinnamon and vanilla; stir well. Serve warm or cold with cottage cheese, yogurt, or oatmeal.
