Blue Island Smoothie
A refreshing way to stay cool.
Calories per serving
- 1 can (8 oz) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, drained
- OR 1 can (6 oz.) DOLE Pineapple Juice
- 1 ripe Dole Banana, sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen DOLE® Blueberries, partially thawed
- OR fresh DOLE Blueberries
- Combine crushed pineapple or juice, banana, milk and blueberries in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until thick and smooth. Serve immediately. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
