Ingredients (10)
  • 1 can (8 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 can (16 oz.) black-eyed peas, drained
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno chili, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
Directions
  1. Combine pineapple, peas, bell pepper, jalapeno, tomato, red onion, and cilantro to large mixing bowl.  Separately combine vinegar, oil, black pepper, and garlic salt.  Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.  Cover, refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
