Berry Pineapple Smoothie
No ice is needed when you use frozen fruit in your smoothies.
Calories per serving
- 1 medium DOLE® Banana
- 1 cup frozen DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
- 1 cup frozen DOLE Mixed Berries with Pomegranate
- 2 containers (8 oz. each) blueberry nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup soy protein or whey powder
- Combine banana, pineapple chunks, blueberries, yogurt and soy protein in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth.
