Ingredients (5)
  • 1 medium DOLE® Banana
  • 1 cup frozen DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 cup frozen DOLE Mixed Berries with Pomegranate
  • 2 containers (8 oz. each) blueberry nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup soy protein or whey powder
Directions
  1. Combine banana, pineapple chunks, blueberries, yogurt and soy protein in blender or food processor container.  Cover; blend until smooth.
