Entree/Main Dish Banana Dipper Pancakes Banana Dipper Pancakes thumbnail Preparation Time: 20 minutes Total time: 20 minutes 5 Servings Ingredients: 3 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons wheat germ, 3 tablespoons canola oil, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 egg(s), beaten, 1/8 teaspoon sea salt, 3/4 cup self-rising flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 3 packs (1.55 oz.) DOLE® Banana Dippers®, Instructions: Step 1: Combine the honey, wheat germ, oil, buttermilk, and egg in a medium bowl.  Blend well. Step 2: Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder into the egg mixture and stir to combine. Step 3: Chop Banana Dippers into small pieces.  Fold into batter. Step 4: Drop 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and cook about 3 minutes on each side.  Serve immediately.

Steps

Direction
