Baby Kale Island Smoothie
A healthy, tasty baby kale island smoothie.
Calories per serving
- 1 cup (1 can 8.4 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1 pkg. (4.5 oz.) DOLE Baby Kale
- 1 cup frozen DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
- 1 cup frozen DOLE Mango Chunks, partially thawed
- 1 DOLE Banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. honey, optional
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
- Combine pineapple juice, yogurt and baby kale in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Add pineapple and mango chunks; blend until smooth. Add banana, lemon juice and optional honey; blend until smooth. Add ice cubes as needed to get a slushy consistency; serve.
