Ingredients (9)
  • 1 cup (1 can 8.4 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1 pkg. (4.5 oz.) DOLE Baby Kale
  • 1 cup frozen DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 cup frozen DOLE Mango Chunks, partially thawed
  • 1 DOLE Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. honey, optional
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
Directions
  1. Combine pineapple juice, yogurt and baby kale in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Add pineapple and mango chunks; blend until smooth. Add banana, lemon juice and optional honey; blend until smooth. Add ice cubes as needed to get a slushy consistency; serve.
