Ingredients (10)
  • 4 zucchini, spiralized or julienned
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 large carrots, peeled, spiralized or julienned
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 can (15 oz.) DOLE® Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1/4 cup bottled Asian sesame ginger salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Directions
  1. Add zucchini noodles to a large serving bowl and season with salt and pepper. Massage zucchini noodles with hands to soften.
  2. Add carrots, cabbage, bell pepper, mandarins, green onions, and salad dressing. Toss gently to coat.
  3. Sprinkle cilantro and sesame seeds on top of salad and serve immediately.
