This is a great sauce to serve with Vietnamese Pineapple Spring Rolls.
1-1/2 cups seasoned rice vinegar1 cup low-sodium soy sauce3 tablespoons hoisin sauce2 tablespoons plum sauce2 tablespoons sesame oil 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
Whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin, sauce, plum sauce, sesame oil and ginger in small bowl, until blended. Makes about 3 cups.
