Ingredients (4)
  • 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, undrained
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup thawed whipped topping
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) angel food cake OR dessert shells
Directions
  1. For the filling: Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl.  Stir in whipped topping.
  2. 3 Ways to Enjoy Angel Lush


    Angel Lush Cake:  Cut angel food cake horizontally into three layers.  Fill layers with filling. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.  Top with mixed berries.


    Angel Lush Individuals:  Fill dessert shells with filling. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.  Top with mixed berries.  Makes 12 servings. 


    Angel Lush Parfait:  Layer cut up angel food cake, filling and 2 cups mixed berries in 12 dessert glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
