A quick and easy sweet treat.
Calories per serving
- 2 cups cold low-fat or non-fat milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 can (11 oz.) DOLE® Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Stir in mandarin oranges and coconut. Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.
