Step 2: Beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.  Beat in egg, pineapple juice and orange peel. Step 3: Combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg in a medium bowl.  Stir into juice mixture just until moistened; fold in raisins and walnuts.  Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan.
Step 4: Bake 15-17minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Remove pan from oven and cool on wire rack.  Serve warm.
