Ingredients (6)
  • 1 package (7.2 oz.) RICE A RONI Rice Pilaf
  • 6 oz. kale, washed and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained
  • 4 oz. (1/2 cup) sugar snap peas sliced
  • 1 bunch (1/2 cup) radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bottled poppy seed dressing
Directions
  1. Cook rice-pasta mixture according to package directions.  Toss together warm rice-pasta mixture and kale in large bowl.  Cool to room temperature.  

  2. Stir in pineapple tidbits, peas and radishes.  Toss with poppy seed dressing to evenly coat.  Serve.
