Tropical Fruit Cake Kabobs with White Chocolate
Tasty cake and fruit skewers drizzled with melted white chocolate.
Calories per serving
- 1 slice pound cake, cut into 6 cubes
- 1 jar (23.5 oz.) DOLE® Tropical Fruit
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- Remove 1/2 cup tropical fruit from jar.
- Thread alternately four pieces tropical fruit and three cubes of pound cake onto two wooden skewers.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate on top of skewers.
