Ingredients (5)
  • 1 cup (or 1 - 8.4 oz. can) DOLE Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  1. Whisk together pineapple juice, mayonnaise, almonds, sugar, and lemon in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Refrigerate until ready to use.  Serve over coleslaw, fruit salad or broccoli salad.
