Tropical Cottage Cheese Fruit Cups
A healthy and quick breakfast or snack.
Calories per serving
- 2 cups, divided DOLE® Tropical Fruit, drained
- 1 cup DAISY® Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- Spoon half of the tropical fruit into 2 tall dessert or parfait dishes; top each with layers of cottage cheese and remaining tropical fruit.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
- Serve with ground cinnamon, toasted coconut, granola, sliced toasted almonds or macadamia nuts.
