Ingredients (8)
  • 3/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1bag (8 oz.) DOLE Strawberry Watermelon Crafted Smoothie Blend
  • 1 avocado
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, divided
  • 1 container (5 to 6 oz.) coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milled chia seeds
  • 8 DOLE Whole Pitted Dates
Directions
  1. Place almonds in food processor or blender.  Cover; pulse until almonds are ground.  Remove 3 tablespoons to top smoothie bowl.  
  2. Place strawberry watermelon blend, 1-1/4 cups pineapple chunks, avocado, yogurt, water, chia seeds and 6 dates in food processor with ground almonds.  Cover; blend until thick and smooth.  If a thinner consistency is desired, add more water.  
  3. Slice remaining 2 dates into thin slices.  Top smoothie bowls with sliced dates, remaining pineapple chunks, reserved ground almonds and if desired additional chia seeds and cacao nibs.
