Spinach Mandarin Orange Salad
Highly beneficial salad; rich in Vitamin A and C and a good source of calcium.
Calories per serving
- 1 pkg. (5 oz.) DOLE® Baby Spinach and Radicchio
- 1 can (15 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup carrots,sliced
- 1/3 cup pecan halves, toasted
- 1/2 cup lowfat raspberry vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- Combine spinach, mandarin oranges, carrots and pecans in large serving bowl
- Pour dressing over salad; toss to evenly coat. Top with goat cheese.
