- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 pounds frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks, partially thawed
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 3-1/2 teaspoons Mexican chili lime seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Combine sugar and water in a medium bowl. Stir to dissolve completely.
- Combine mango, coconut, tamarind, cinnamon, chili lime seasoning, cayenne, salt, and sugar mixture in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into freezer container. Cover and freeze 4 hours or until sorbet is firm.
- Garnish with additional Mexican chili lime seasoning, if desired.
