Ingredients (6)
  • 1 lb. large shrimp, cooked
  • 3 cups Kale
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 2 cups frozen DOLE Mango Chunks
  • 2 teaspoons no salt seasoning blend
  • 1/3 cup bottled vinaigrette
Directions
  1. Stir together shrimp, kale slaw and capers in medium bowl.  
  2. Place 1 cup thawed mango chunks in blender or food processor.  Cover; blend until smooth.  
  3. Stir together vinaigrette, seasoning mixture and puree mango.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.  
  4. Pour mango vinaigrette over shrimp mixture.  Toss to evenly coat.
