- 1/2 cup DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 6 medium cooked shrimp
- 1 small lime, halved
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons prepared Thai peanut sauce
- Thread alternately four pineapple cubes and three shrimp onto two wooden skewers.
- Squeeze lime over the prepared skewers and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
- Serve with prepared Thai Peanut Sauce for dipping.
