Pineapple Mozzarella Prosciutto Bites

- 1 (23.5 oz.) Jarred Pineapple Chunks
- 10 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 10 pieces fresh mozzarella bocconcini
- 5 prosciutto slices, cut into 1/2-in. strips
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Saute 3/4 cup pineapple chunks until a deep golden color, about 8 minutes.
- Use rosemary sprigs to skewer mozzarella, then prosciutto, and pineapple. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
