Pineapple Ginger Sauce
This easy dessert sauce pairs nicely with ice cream, cheesecake, pound or angel food cake.

- 1/2 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- Combine pineapple juice, marmalade, lime juice ginger and cornstarch in a small saucepan and whisk until smooth. Cook over medium heat until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Serve warm or at room temperature over ice cream, pound cake or cheese cake.
