Ingredients (5)
  • 1 can 46oz Canned Pineapple Juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups dark or gold rum
  1. Add juice, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger to a large pot over medium high heat. Bring to a boil.  Reduce to simmer. Cook for 10 min.
  2. Strain juice and chill 3 hours.  Add rum.
  3. Serve over ice.
