Pineapple Chocovado Mousse
A unique chocolate mousse made with avocado instead of whipping cream. Use dairy-free chocolate chips for a vegan option.
Calories per serving
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 jar (23.5 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- Melt chocolate chips according to package directions.
- Combine chocolate, 1/4 cup drained pineapple chunks, and avocado in a food processor. Process until smooth. Top with an additional ¼ cup drained pineapple chunks.
