Ingredients (7)
  • 1 can (10oz) white chunk chicken breast in water
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mango chutney
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
  • 24 crackers
  • 1 can (20oz) Canned Pineapple Chunks in 100 Pineapple Juice
  1. Combine chicken, mayonnaise, chutney, and curry powder in a medium bowl, mixing well.
  2. Measure 1 cup drained pineapple chunks and stir into chicken mixture. Add almonds. Spoon mixture onto crackers.
