- 1 can (8 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained, reserve juice
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 2 English muffins, split, toasted
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, thinly sliced or chopped
- Combine avocado with 1 tablespoon reserved pineapple juice in a small bowl. Mash with fork.
- Spread avocado on each English muffin and top with pineapple, feta, basil, red pepper flakes, and salt.
