Peach and Blueberry Parfait
This healthy parfait is perfect for midday snacking.
Calories per serving
- 1/3 cup gingersnap or other flavored granola, divided
- 1/2 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt, divided
- 1/3 cup frozen DOLE® Sliced Peaches partly thawed, divided
- 1/3 cup frozen DOLE Blueberries, partially thawed, divided
- Layer one-half granola, yogurt and fruit in parfait glass. Repeat layers.
