- 2 cups frozen DOLE® Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
- 10 oz. apricot jam
- 1 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Coarsely chop pineapple chunks.
- Combine pineapple, apricot jam, pineapple juice and mustard in medium saucepan. Stir together water and cornstarch in small dish, stir into saucepan. Cook, stirring, until boils and thickens. Serve with baked ham.
