Ingredients (7)
  • 8 oz. cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (15 oz.) DOLE® Fridge Pack Mixed Fruit drained
  • 8 iceberg lettuce cups
  • 1/4 cup bottled Asian sesame ginger salad dressing
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
Directions
  1. Combine chicken, bell pepper, avocado and mixed fruit in medium bowl.  
  2. Spoon chicken mixture into lettuce cups.  Stir together dressing and sriracha sauce and drizzle over chicken mixture.  Roll up.  Dip lettuce cups into additional dressing, if desired.
