- 1 can (15.5 oz.) DOLE® Mango Slices, drained
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2/3 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
- 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped (optional)
- Combine mango, almond milk, pineapple juice, and ginger in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth.
