Ingredients (3)
  • 1 can (11 oz.) DOLE® Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • mint simple syrup recipe below
  • 1 bottle (750 ml.) champagne or prosecco chilled
  1. Muddle mandarin oranges.  Spoon 1 tablespoon each mandarin oranges and mint simple syrup into champagne glass and top with champagne.  Repeat with remaining glasses.  
  2. Mint Simple Syrup - Combine 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/3 cup packed fresh mint leaves, over medium heat, in saucepan.  Heat to dissolve sugar, bring to a boil for one minute.  Remove from heat; cool and strain.
