- 1 pkg. (10.5 oz.) DOLE® Light Caesar Salad Kit
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 can (15 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- Combine salad kit ingredients with shrimp, avocado, mandarin oranges and almonds. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
