A simple vinaigrette great for dressing a green salad.
Calories per serving
- 1/2 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, and mustard in a small bowl. While whisking, slowly add the olive oil until the vinaigrette is emulsified. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with green salad.
