- 1 can (46 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Juice, chilled
- 1 cup light or dark rum
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- Combine pineapple juice, rum, sugar, lime juice and chopped mint in large punch bowl. Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint, if desired.
