Ingredients (8)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 whole star anise pods
  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1-1/4 cups bourbon
  • 4 cups DOLE Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
Directions
  1. Combine water, sugar, star anise, and ginger in a small pot set over medium heat. Cover and bring to a simmer. Continue to simmer, covered for 15 min. Remove pot from heat and let stand covered for 30 min.
  2. Strain syrup and discard ginger and star anise. Combine syrup, bourbon, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice in a pitcher. Chill until ready to serve or serve punch over ice.
