Ingredients (6)
  • 1 lb. dry bowtie pasta
  • 1 pkg. (5-6 oz.) baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 can (15 oz.) DOLE® Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1 cup salad dressing of choice
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
  2. Transfer pasta to a large serving bowl. Add spinach, pine nuts, pomegranate seeds, and mandarins to pasta.
  3. Drizzle salad dressing over pasta and toss gently to coat.
