Ingredients (8)
  • 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
  • 1 can (11 oz.) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup lemon yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chutney
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 pkg. (5 oz.) DOLE Spring Mix
  1. Combine pineapple, mandarin oranges and peanuts, in medium bowl.
  2. Blend together yogurt, coconut, chutney and curry powder.  Pour over fruit and gently mix.
  3. Spoon onto salad plates lined with salad greens.
