Ingredients (7)
  • 1 pkg DOLE® Spring Mix
  • 3 stalks DOLE Celery, thinly sliced
  • 1-1/2 cups slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen DOLE Blackberries, defrosted/ drained
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1/3 cup raspberry vinaigrette
  • 3 oz crumbled feta cheese
Directions
  1. Combine greens, celery and pecans in salad bowl.
  2. Add blackberries, avocado and dressing just before serving. Toss to mix.
  3. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
