Ingredients (5)
  • 1 box (15.5 oz.) PILLSBURY Angel Food Cake Mix
  • 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple, undrained
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup thawed whipped topping
  • as desired seasonal berries
  1. Prepare angel food cake according to package directions.   Let cool to room temperature or overnight.  Cut cake into 2 layers.  
  2. Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  3. Stack cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture over the bottom layer and on top of cake.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with your favorite seasonal berries.
